Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) that we offer to the users of this website.  Your use of the website will be taken as your acceptance of the terms stated below, as well as those set out within our Privacy Policy on other information pages on this site.


  1. Guide to Definitions

  • Blaze On Line Ltd is the supplier of the goods.
  • Blaze On is the trading name of Blaze On Line Ltd. Registered in England and Wales.
  Company No. 06182900.

  • “Buyer”, “user”, “you”, “your” refers to you as a customer placing an order with Blaze On or you as a user of this Website.
  • “Goods/goods” or “Products/products” means the articles supplied and displayed for sale on the Website
  • “Website”  or “site” refers to www.blaze-on.com or any subsequent URL that may replace it unless specifically referring to external sites.

2.  Acceptance of Orders

  • Orders are accepted only on the basis that we have the goods available for dispatch or that we have the right to substitute similar goods for those specified, or where we can provide only part of an order for a particular item to make up the quantity with substituted similar goods.
  • Orders are accepted at Blaze On’s sole discretion but are usually accepted if the goods requested in the order are available, the payment is authorised and the delivery dress is within our delivery area.

3.  Payment

  • Payment may be made by card, BACS or valid cheque.
  • In providing us, or PayPoint on our behalf, the details/means of the payment and submitting an order, you are authorising us to deduct from the payment card the full price of the goods and other payments that may become due to us under the contract.
  • Payment by cheque is made when the cheque has cleared.

  • Payment by bank transfer is considered made when the funds are credited to our account.  Therefore, please allow at least a further 5 working days for delivery if paying by cheque or bank transfer.
  • BACS payment details: Blaze On, Bank of Scotland, Sort Code: 12-24-81, Account Number: 06959448
  • Please include your order ID on both the confirmation email and transaction reference of your BACS payment.
  • Where a Voucher/Coupon Code applied to an order, only one voucher code can be used per transaction.
  • Promotional coupons/vouchers are only valid on orders over £10 (inc.VAT).
  • Vouchers/Coupons are for online use only (unless specifically states otherwise).
  • Bulk-buy vouchers/coupons may fall away or require adjustments if part of the order is returned at a later stage and brings the order below the qualifying total.
  • Promotional coupons/vouchers automatically expire within two months of offer unless stated otherwise.
  • Vouchers/Coupons involving delivery and/or returns offers are valid within the UK only (unless specifcally states otherwise).
  • Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been made.  Payment will have been made once your card issuer has confirmed to us that your payment instruction has been accepted.
  • Inputting the correct information for a payment instruction to be accepted is the customer’s responsibility.

4.  Products & Pricing

  • As our products are handmade and largely composed of natural materials and dyes, in purchasing them you accept that there may be reasonable variation from products depicted on the product pages of our site.
  • Blaze On traditional bulb strings are only to be used with Blaze On bulbs. Blaze On cannot provide support for Blaze On light strings used with non-Blaze On bulbs as they integrity of the string may have been diminished.
  • Blaze On LED light strings are built to give up to 100,000 hrs of light (in controlled conditions) and are covered by a 1 year electronic guarantee (effective on presenation of a valid receipt/invoice/proof of purchase stipulating accurate purchase date). 
  • Blaze On electronic guarantee and safety certification only apply to Blaze On light strings that have not been electronically modified.
  • Our Blaze On electronic guarantee is valid when our products are purchased through an authorised Blaze On sales outlet. Our guarantee also qualifies the consumer for a full year UK based technical support.
  • We will always take care to ensure that photographs, descriptions, prices that appear on our site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We will do our best to keep information current.
  • Events beyond our control may occasionally result in price changes.  We reserve the right to make changes but we will always call or email to notify you where this directly affects a pending order or delivery.
  • Any error or omission on any page of our website or any or our literature, material, invoice or documentation issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

5.  Delivery

  • Delivery shall be made to the address given on the phone, by post or on the website at the time of placing the order.  
  • The inputting and checking of correct details and delivery particulars is considered the responsibility of the customer/user.
  • Delivery of items ordered may take place in one ore more deliveries.
  • Blaze On will always choose the delivery option that we feel is best value for the customer in the stipulated delivery time frame.
  • Delivery timelines stated on our website are considered indicative only and therefore not of essence to the contract.
  • Blaze On does not accept any liability for delayed delivery or damage caused by courier, postal service or any other third party.

6.   Retail Returns & Refunds

  • We require that unwanted or faulty goods are returned with a valid receipt within 28 days of purchase.  We recommend that you check your order as soon as it arrives.
  • Blaze On will not be obliged to accept any rejection of goods after the statutory right to reject has expired but may, at our discretion, offer to replace or repair those goods.
  • Goods returned within 28 days of delivery, which after inspection by us are found to be faulty or have been supplied incorrectly will qualify, at your choice, for a full refund; (including delivery and standard return postal charges of up to £3.00) or to be replaced.
  • If an electrical fault presents within an Blaze On LED lights within a year of purchase, the product is covered by a 1 year guarantee. The guarantee must be validated by presentation of a relevant receipt/invoice/proof of purchase. Lights will be replaced with same design and colour. A refund will not be offered. The Blaze On guarantee is voided if the electronics are actively or accidently altered or damaged. 
  • If the goods have been supplied, as ordered, but are unwanted, please return the item(s) with a copy of the invoice, within 28 days of date of dispatch for a credit voucher or refund. The item must be unused, with the original labelling and packaging intact (other than packing of carriage). You will be refunded ONLY for the cost of the goods; delivery charges are non-refundable. We may refuse a refund or offer a partial refund if returned product and packaging are not in the condition that they were when dispatched by Blaze On.
  • Each Christmas time we allow for an extended exchange and refund period which ends on 31 January for goods relating to Christmas of the previous year.
  • Please note that gift wrap and bulbs are non-refundable.
  • If the order arrived incomplete as detailed on your order confirmation and you have not been notified of any items being out of stock, please kindly contact us via email or call us on 020 8960 2023 for clarification.
  • Returning Items:

7.   Wholesale Returns & Refunds

  • Items purchased from our Blaze On wholesale store are not eligable for return, exchange or refund.
  • If goods are found to be damaged or faulty please notify us by phone or email within 3 working days of delivery. We recommend that you check your order as soon as it arrives.
  • If the order arrived incomplete as detailed on your order confirmation and you have not been notified of any items being out of stock, please kindly contact us via email or call us on 020 8960 2023 for clarification.
  • We require that incorrect or faulty goods are returned within 15 days of purchase. 
  • Goods returned within 15 days of delivery, which after inspection by us are found to be faulty or have been supplied incorrectly will be replaced with goods or coupon to the value.
  • Where the product or packaging has been altered or obscured in any way, the Blaze On electronic guarantee will no longer apply.
  • If an electrical fault presents in our LED lights within a year of consumer purchase, the product may be returned directly to Blaze On for repair or replacement. A guarantee must be validated by presentation of a relevant receipt/invoice/proof of purchase. The Blaze On guarantee is voided if the electronics are actively or accidently altered or damaged.

8.   Wholesale Account Purchasing & Sales Guidelines

  • Acceptance of wholesale account requests is at the discretion of management.
  • Abridged terms and conditions will be provided upon approval of your account.
  • To respect the location of current stockists, approval of each account is premises specific and requires separate authorisation.
  • Customers will be added to the official stockists list only once the first order is placed and the first order must be placed within 30 days of account opening.
  • Free carriage is provided for all UK based wholesale orders over £250 (excl. VAT) Minimum wholesale order is £100 (excl. VAT, plus delivery). Opening wholesale order must be £200 (excl. VAT) or over.  Please note that only shops with an annual Jan-Sept spend of £500+ will qualify for the £100 top ups in the Nov-Dec period.
  • Discount coupons are not authorised for use on wholesale orders except where explicitly stated.
  • Blaze On products can be bought as multiples or singles.
  • Blaze On reserves the right to change their terms & conditions without notification.
  • Blaze On reserves the right to amend wholesale account status at our discretion.
  • Wholesale customers are not permitted to sell Blaze On product on Amazon, Ebay, Play or any other multinational electronic commerce platform.
  • Online retailers with their own websites are not authorised to use copy from the Blaze On site.
  • Online retailers stocking our product need to explicitly state Blaze On brand name in the title or description.
  • Online retailers stocking Blaze On product must mention the 1 year Blaze On guarantee in the body of the product description.
  • Online retailers stocking Blaze On product without reference to the brand name may have their accounts closed.

  • Blaze On is committed to our visitors and to protection their privacy. We value our visitors and endeavour to create an enjoyable and valuable experience for visitors to our website.

  • This Website is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind. Blaze On Line Ltd (Blaze On) may revise the above Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in practice or policy.  Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
